2000
1¡¢On Augst 2nd, 2000 we had a formal ceremony for the
establishment of joint ventures. John Barth, president of
American Johnson Controls, Fiory, vice president of American
Johnson Control, American ambassador and commercial
councellor in Shenyang and main leaders of Shenyang
government and Jinbei company took part in this ceremony. 2¡¢On
March 10th, we had the first BOD meeting. Wenkou Yu,
Weizhong Xu, Ling Wang of the Chinese part and Michael
Johnston , Garry Cardwell, Van Nguyen of American part were
present at the meeting. In the meeting Wenkou Yu was elected
as chairman of the Board, Michael Johnston vice chairman of
BOD. Mark Stevens general manager, Zhiyong Zhao deputy
general manager, Zhennian Yang vice general manager.
3¡¢On Nov. 15th, 2000 SJJ produced the first BLAZER seats for
GM.
3¡¢On Dec. 16, 2000 SJJ launched M1 as the first production
of M1.
2001
1¡¢On April 12th, 2001 the second BOD meeting was held.
Some change for name of BOD. Baizhu Zhou, Jianping Zha and
Zhigang Liu from Chinese part.
John Fiori, Garry Cardwell and Van Nguyen from American
part.
The decision of meeting: Baizhu Zhou was elected president,
John Fiori vice president.
John Cleary was elected general manager, Joe Zhao as
management and development managaer, Martin Poxton as PM
manager. There is no change in Chinese part.
2¡¢On Nov. 15th, the third BOD meeting was held and Guohua He
was elected president.
2002
1¡¢On April 5th, 2002 the fourth BOD meeting was held.
2¡¢On September 24th, the fifth BOD meeting was held.
Garry Cardwell was elected vice president, Eamonn Kearney as
directors of Board
Geofreey Tang as general manager(American part).
2003
1¡¢As for SARS, the sixth BOD was held according to fax on
May 30th, 2003.
2¡¢Successfully made a research on HIACE new 9p seats and
formally delivered to customer in batch.
3¡¢On Nov.19th, 2003 the sixth BOD meeting was held and
Dagwin Decru was appointed as PM manager.
2004
1¡¢On April 26th, 2004 the seventh BOD was held.
Some change in high management leve.
Dagwin Decru was appointed general manager( American part).
Dongming Wang was appointed as deputy general
manager(Chinese part)£»
Zhiyong Zhao was appointed as vice general manager(from Jan.
15th, 2004)
General manager and deputy general manager decided that from
January, 2004, we would establish Executive Committee, which
would agree on big business of company. The members of EC
are Dagwin Decru, Dongming Wang, Zhiyong Zhao, Joe and
Xiangdong Zhao.
2¡¢In 2004, we successfully pass BMWE46 DP sign off and SJJ
began to produce DP and IP for BBA.
3¡¢E60 DP signed off on March 22nd 2004, it is first time to
provide CAK parts for BBA.
4¡¢W successfully passed E46 DP&IP signed off on June 2004
from BBA, SJJ start to import BMW 3 series CKD parts and
assemble E46 DP and IP after SKD period.
5¡¢SJJ passed TS 16949
certification on November, 2004.
6¡¢Feb, 2005 supply Grace standard and economic seats for CBA.
7¡¢New E90 door panel SKD products started to delivery to BBA
on May 7th,2005.
8¡¢On 10th of May, 2005, SJJ 9th Board of Directors meeting.
